The DaVinci Awards® for Business celebrates the initiatives and people that are raising the bar of the customer journey – programs, use of technologies, or driving changes in behavior that are leaving a lasting positive impact.
Nominees may choose to focus on digital transformation – such as the introduction of self-service, or AI-assisted platforms. Practical changes, such as how customer-facing employees deliver service – including individual acts of “going above and beyond” will interest our judges. New loyalty programs, redesigned processes, or new engagement strategies also qualify.

Strong evidence of your innovation in customer service delivering a meaningful outcome – such as improvement in customer satisfaction scores, increased loyalty, or first-contact resolution rates – should be presented.
Think about:
The data you can share to support your nomination – higher retention, reduced response wait times, or increased revenue? The qualitative results, such as testimonials, feedback, or overall brand sentiment that shows improvement. Any broader impacts of your work, such as operational gains, employee satisfaction, or wider cultural change?Behind outstanding service lies a commitment to collaboration, listening, and continuous learning. Judges want to understand how your organization designed and implemented its service transformation — how goals were defined, feedback was gathered, and teams were involved throughout.
Think about:
What makes your engagement or consultation approach so effective? What is unique, or innovative, about your process or engagement strategy? What has driven the engagement approach or process – people, technology, training, or another area?Technology has become a powerful enabler in customer service, helping teams deliver faster, smarter, and more personalized support. Judges will look for examples of innovation where data and digital tools have enhanced, not replaced, human connection.
Think about:
How technology, such as AI-powered tools, or CRM systems, has been used to improve interaction quality. How your innovative use of data has driven improved customer experience?
