Nominees may choose to highlight the technical craftsmanship required to bring a high-quality consumer product to life. We are looking for elegance in construction, smart material/ingredient choices, and manufacture that ensures a product is as durable as it is visually appealing.
Usability: Utilizing high-performance recycled plastics, anti-microbial surfaces, or lightweight composites that ensure the product is comfortable and intuitive for daily use. Optimization: Engineering consumer goods that are more compact, quieter, or more energy-efficient than traditional alternatives. Sustainability: Designs that allow for tool-free assembly, modular upgrades, or ‘repair-at-home’ capabilities that discourage the throwaway culture of consumer goods.Focus here on the “real world” effect your product has on the individual user. We want to see how your innovation improves daily routines, increases comfort, or provides a more personalized experience.
Seamless interaction: Products that require a minimal learning curve, utilizing haptic feedback, voice control, or simplified physical interfaces to enhance the user experience. Quality of life improvement: How the product addresses a specific consumer “pain point,” such as saving time on chores, reducing household waste, or improving physical well-being. In order to showcase your product to our judging team in the fullest, we accept product samples. This helps our judges test your product, and afford it a more detailed write-up should you win an award.

Send a recording of the product in action to give a feel for the product in use.
Guides & Materials
User guides, brochures, or other materials can help judges visualize the product in action.
Product samples of any kind are not a requirement, and those that do not provide one will not be penalized. All samples are withheld, and you must pay all shipping fees and relevant taxes. Indicate on your submission form if you would like to submit a sample, and our team will assist.
