Tell us what makes you stand out
Nominees should show clear evidence that their work has made a measurable and meaningful difference. This could be through demonstrating how innovation has improved service delivery, educational outcomes, community engagement, or long-term sustainability.
Think about:
What data could support your submission – for example participation numbers or learning metrics? Can you describe any wider real-world impacts of your innovation, initiative, or project? Are there any longer-term effects of your work, such as influence on policy, or creation of new frameworks for success?Successful transformation in public service, education, or non-profits, particularly under typically tight budgets, require ingenuity of thinking and close collaboration with the wider community. Judges will be keen to understand how your innovative initiatives were designed, governed, and ultimately delivered.
Think about:
What makes your engagement or consultation approach so effective? What is unique, or innovative, about your process or engagement strategy? What has driven the engagement approach or process – people, technology, training, or another area?Nominees may wish to showcase their effective use of modern or emerging technologies to improve outcomes in public service, education, or charity. These might involve AI-driven analysis, use of the cloud to improve collaboration, or digital/SaaS tools to aid service delivery or public reach.
Think about:
How the use of technology or data has added value to public service or education. Your consideration for data privacy, ethical use of AI, and accessibility needs? What outcomes have been achieved that would not otherwise have been possible without the use of technology?Winners’ rewards
