Entries may focus on the results and impact of their innovation – going beyond vanity metrics to show how creativity and strategy combined to drive real performance. This might include a measurable return on investment, growth in customer acquisition, improved brand sentiment, or clear evidence of long-term cultural influence.

The data, testimonials, or case studies you can use to evidence your success? Whether you have impacted market share, brand awareness, or engagement rates across several channels? What was unique about your approach, or innovation, that helped achieved these results?Every great campaign is the result of a coming together of collaboration, insight, and world-class execution. Entrants may have innovated in process – such as using agile methodologies to bring ideas to life – or in engagement and collaboration with clients or other stakeholders to develop and crystalize ideas.

What planning, or research, was undertaken in generating the campaign? How was it carried out? What is unique, or innovative, about your process or engagement strategy? What has driven the engagement approach or process – people, technology, training, or another area?MarTech is a fundamental part of modern marketing – more than just a shortcut, its use should be a driving force behind human creativity. Judges will be keen to see examples of data and digital innovation being used to enhance customer understanding, creativity, and personalization – as well as improving efficiency.
Think about:
How the use of technology or data improved the service, and engagement with, clients or stakeholders? Examples of how data is being used to enhance personalization, relevance, or audience segmentation.
